I can help your employees figure out how to sell each position you offer in your wine card. They will understand what the grape varieties are, why this wine would work better with that dish, how important it is to give some background information and make wine a bit more personal. If you have a shop, they will learn what to suggest to confused tourists who want something like Sauvignon Blanc they know from home, or to a savvy wine lover.
